RRAHC Grant Application 2004

The River Region Arts & Humanities Council has Grants available for qualified individuals or groups in St. Charles, St. James, or St. John Parish to be used in the development of arts and humanities projects or activities, or projects in theater, dance, music, and visual arts. Grants will not exceed $1000 per application.

Application Deadline: Must be postmarked by Saturday, November 13, 2004. Postmark must be stamped by the post office. Application must be typed or printed on this official form. RRAHC Board of Directors will review applications. Recipients will be notified by mail. (A representative of the organization may visit the site of the project or attend the event or activity.) Funds will be distributed at the Wednesday, December 15, 2004, General Membership Meeting. All projects must be completed during 2005.

All moneys granted must be spent for project use only. All funds not used must be returned to RRAHC. Verification of expenses (invoices or receipts) must accompany a follow-up report, which must be received from the recipients by January 1, 2006. Publicity regarding the project must include reference to RRAHC. Acceptance of these terms will be indicated by the placement of appropriate signature below. |
